ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER - HAMPSHIRE BASED - RAPIDLY EXPANDING BUSINESS - ENERGETIC AND DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT
We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated senior people manager on behalf of our client - a successful and rapidly expanding business training consultancy based in the Hampshire area.
The role will be very varied, and the nature of the day to day tasks will require the approach of a confident, adaptable business professional.
Main duties will involve directing a team of departmental Managers, and taking overall responsibility for staff and performance management whilst playing a leading part in the direction and growth of the business.
The successful candidate will become heavily involved in development projects, and will have a strong input into marketing strategies in addition to day to day office management responsibilities.
In order to apply, you should have senior management experience within a similar training based organisation, management consultancy or Operations Management experience gained within any other sector.
Most importantly, you will be a natural leader with strong business acumen and an energetic approach. This is a unique role within a successful environment.
