Interlock Recruitment is currently placing undergraduates and postgraduates into ‘Graduate Internship Schemes’ with Small Businesses.
We pride ourselves in taking a proactive approach to recruitment, which is why we only work with Small Businesses and Graduates who have been the most effected with the current economic climate. In response to the recession, Interlock aims to be creative with how it solves the problems of Graduate unemployment and the closing down of many Small Businesses. We want to ‘Inter-Lock’ graduates and business and build a bridge to a brighter future.
Interlock Recruitment creates ‘Graduate Schemes’ for Small Business, using Internships as a vehicle to create permanent employment on a step by step basis. The basic requirement undertaken by Businesses who use our Graduate Internship Schemes must pay a basic pay which will at least cover expenditure and offer a route to earn as you develop with the organisation. All the Graduate Schemes are unique to every business, examples of schemes we create are Marketing and Business Development Graduate Scheme, Management Graduate Schemes and Administration and Accounts Graduate Scheme.
The requirements vary from each Graduate Scheme, depending on the business, the position and the business sector. The main ingredient to a successful candidate is someone who really wants to make a difference, who is willing to think outside of the box, and to be innovative in how they utilise their skills and backgrounds.
