Cleaner
The client is looking for a CRB (criminal record bureau disclosure) cleared cleaner. There are positions available in Wecock Farm, Paulsgrove, Leigh Park & Buckland. A driving licence is an advantage. You will be cleaning stairwells, corridors, outside peoples' properties. This is a very demanding role due to the sizes of the flats, sheltered housing, etc. that you have to tipy up and clean to a high standard. You will be paired off with someone for about a week, and you will then be expected to work on your own. You will be expected to get scores from residents. The role has got some unpleasant tasks to it such as clearing up sharps. You must have previous cleaning experience. The role is for 3 months with the possibility of it going permanent. 37 hours per week; 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am - 3pm on Friday. You must be able to work between Christmas and New Year (you are not required to work Christmas Day and New Year's Day).
