I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom in my stylish two bedroom terrace in portsmouth. The bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV and is of natural colours. I am looking to share with ONE other professional of a similar age (27) who is tidy and will respect my house.

The house is of a good size and has a large bathroom with separate double shower and bath. You will have use of the tv, computer, washing machine, kitchen, garden etc.

I have two very clean cats. bills inclusive. not including land line.

1mts rent in advance + 1 mts deposit. References are needed. just one months notice can be given from either party if room no longer needed.

I am not looking to share with a couple or to host overseas students, thanks x
