we have a gorgeous 3 bed semi "SE7" in south london in a very sought after area in private road, no estate.
the house consists of 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 good sized lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and downstairs toilet, it has a lovely good sized grass front garden with palm tree, 130ft back garden, again grassed with palm tree, big patio, plenty ample space for car parking, in a very sought after area in charlton, very close to millenium dome, canary wharf, and greenwich park, infact you can see canary wharf from our upstairs window. very sought after, right to buy, and in a road which is mainly private, only 3 council houses and very very quiet.

amenities close by, easy for drs, shopping with asda very close, great school, transport links to kent and central london either by train, tube or bus, ideally located, regular bus service, 10 mins walk from charlton athletic football ground, and really we will be sad to leave.

reason for moving is we want portsmouth/havant area due to the fact ive spent half my life there and miss all our friends and beach.

what do we want, as i know the area very well and know what we have here, i will be very select in what we will take, no estates, no flats or maisonettes, only houses with at least 3 bedrooms, must have good sized well maintained garden, decor not that important but i dont wish to move and redecorate straight away, im not being funny but as for what we have here im not likely to give this up for a rough estate, we are genuine movers, and have a decent property here, in a very select well sought after area of south east london. must be able to have a dog.
